Judging Competitions

This form was designed for use for up to three judges, allowing the competitio n coordinato r to reduce point maximums in irrelevant criteria by blacking out higher scores in those areas. Space is allotted for each judge to provide comments, and the form can be folded so the judge is not distracted by previous judges' commentary .

These judging forms are primarily used at Persona Pentathlon competitio ns.
